“In the spring of 2013, my lovely husband gifted me with an online embroidery class as an early birthday present. I signed up for a class with Karen Ruane (https://karenannruane.typepad.com/karen_ruane/) an embroidery artist living in England. It was the final run of her class entitled “Embroider Embellish Create”. I had been following Karen’s blog, and drooling over her wonderful creations, for several years, so I was very excited to learn from her.”
